How long does it take to get my order?
Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days. At checkout there are options as quickly as the next day. Delivery dates are calculated by the Day, Time, and Holidays.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Most products have bulk discounts built into
the system. The individual product pages will show you the savings
for ordering multiples of identical products and multiples of the same
product with different graphics.
All discounts are calculated automatically when you add the products to your cart.
We offer discounts to larger orders not receiving bulk discounts for the items:
5% off orders over $250
7.5% off orders over $500
10% off orders over $1000
These discounts are applied to products not already receiving a bulk discount.
If you are interested in a product that does not display a bulk discount on the product page or higher
quantities of an identical item please contact us.
What types of files can I upload?
We accept .JPG, .JPEG, .BMP, .GIF, .PNG, and .TIF image file formats. Please ensure your file is in sRGB color space for best printing results. Do not send CMYK files.
How do I contact customer support?

How are the shipping charges calculated?
The shipping is determined by address, product, quantity and delivery date chosen at checkout.
If there an easy way to order the same product with different photos and names?
Ordering the same product with different photos and/or names is quite easy.
1. Design your first product exactly the way you want it.
This will act as your template, so make sure everything looks right.
2. Save your edits.
3. Once the screen updates, click the 'Design the Next' button.
The Product Designer will reload with your saved design.
4. Make any necessary changes, preview, and save your edits again.
5. Repeat by clicking 'Design the Next' until all your variations are saved.
Don't worry if you make a mistake, all saved edits can be modified later from the Cart page.
Why do I need to sign up?
When you sign up, you'll be able to upload images, save your edits and templates, and access them anytime. It also helps us provide faster and more personalized customer support when you need help.
Is there a way to Bulk Order the same product?
Yes, using our Bulk Order sytem up to 600 items can be ordered in just a few mouse clicks. The items that can be ordered are items that do not require editing the products. Examples would be package prints, regular prints and Custom Trader Cards(Where the artwork is already done).
To use the bulk order system go to your account home, you can check images and use the bulk order dropdown to add them directly to the cart.
What is your return / remake policy?
Our desire is to make sure you receive a product that you are happy
with. If there is a issue, please Contact Us so we can resolve it quickly.
You must submit concerns using our Contact Us Page, Calling or Emailing
within 14 days of the shipped date for your order or within 10 days of receiving
your order.
We will make every effort to remake the item to your liking.
These are custom products and can not be refunded.
You may be asked to ship the original item before a
replacement will be shipped.
If we make a mistake we will gladly correct it by shipping you a new
corrected product free of charge and may include return lables for the incorrect product.
Since custom photo products are one of a kind items, we do not do
remakes for misspellings Please check your spelling carefully when
placing your order.
How do I size my pictures to upload?
Any resolution of file can be uploaded, however our site will resize the images to fit. The highest (largest) resolution is recommended.
Our quality meter (under each thumbnails image) will show you the maximum print/product size we
recommend for that image.
Please contact us for options if you get a RED too small warning.
'Too small' indicates that the image resolution may be insufficient for high-quality printing. We'll do our best to work with smaller images, but we cannot guarantee optimal print results.
Copyright and Trademarked Names and Images
It is your sole responsibility as a user to only upload images and logos that you have permission to reproduce. If we notice a blatant misuse of a copyrighted or trademarked image we reserve the right (and will) cancel your order. By placing an order you are stating that you have obtained permission to use any image or logo on the product you have ordered.

Color Correction and Monitor Calibration

Most Computer monitors, Cameras and your Eyes work in RGB so we work and print in an RGB color space.
Files must in in sRGB color space to print correctly.
We calibrate all of our monitors using a calibration tool that measures the output.
We then calibrate all of our printers to those monitors.
We use DataColor equipment for calibration. If you are serious about getting great color, this is a must have device.
We also recommend using the custom white balance on your camera with the appropriate target image.
If you do not have a target image please contact us.
We can make getting great color on every shoot an easy task.
If you don't have a professional calibration tool, then use the image and guidelines below to help get your monitor adjusted.
If you are using editing software make sure you are working in an sRGB color space (not CMYK).
You can visually adjust your monitor to come close to gray using the
RGB Gray Scale.
This method provides a quick an free result but will
not provide the accuracy needed for critical work
(Professionals should invest in a monitor calibration tool).
Use the color, density and brightness controls on your monitor to
adjust the image above.
The White to Black, Yellow to Blue, Magenta to Green and Cyan to Red Bars each have 19 steps (labeled with 1's at the left).
The large gray patch in the center should remain neutral (labeled with a 2 at the left).
The white to black bar should be a smooth transition with no steps visible (labeled with a 3 at the left).
