Account' or Login to an existing account.
You do not have to create an account, but if you do it will allow you to easily order
reorder and review previously placed orders as well as login from any

Once you have finished your design, then click 'Add to Order

Generally your order is shipped in 2 - 4
business days. Orders are shipped by US Mail so they usually arrive
within 2-5 business days after we ship your order, although we cannot
guarantee delivery times.
You may add Priority Mail Service, FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Express
shipping for faster delivery.
You will receive an automated e-mail when your order ships and your
order status is viewable on-line (use the link in your e-mail receipt).
Very large orders may take 1-2 business days longer.
We only offer an on-line catalog. You may view a catalog of all
of our products by clicking the link below. Most products have
many options and the catalog just shows one example. Please try
adding a product to your order to view all the styles and options.
Most products have bulk discounts built into
the system. The individual product pages will show you the savings
for ordering multiples of identical products and multiples of the same
product with different graphics. The discount is calculated
automatically when you add the products to your cart.
In addition to the bulk discounts, we apply discounts automatically to larger
orders not receiving a bulk discount as follows:
5% off orders over $250
7.5% off orders over $500
10% off orders over $1000
Discounts are applied to
products not already receiving a bulk discount.
If you are interested in
a product that does not display a bulk discount on the product page and
are ordering 25, 50, 100 or more of an identical item please
contact us for more information.
Our desire is to make sure you receive a product that you are happy
with. If there is a problem, please
contact us
so we can resolve it quickly.
You must submit concerns using our Feedback Form
within 14 days of the shipped date for your order or within 5 days of receiving
your order. After this period it is
our sole discretion whether we will accept a return.
All returns must be pre-authorized. We refund 100% of the item cost
once we receive the returned item. If you wish to exchange an item, you may be asked to return the original item before a
replacement will be shipped.
If we make a mistake we will gladly
correct it by shipping you a new corrected product free of charge.

Since custom photo products are one of a kind items, we do not allow
returns for misspellings. Please check your spelling carefully when
placing your order.
If you don't have a professional calibration tool, then use the image
and guidelines below to help get your monitor adjusted.
You can visually adjust your monitor to come close to gray using the
RGB
Gray Scale. This method provides a quick an inexpensive result but will
not provide the accuracy needed for critical work (Professionals should
invest in a hardware calibration solution).
Use the color, density and brightness controls on your monitor to
adjust the image above.
The White to Black, Yellow to Blue, Magenta to Green and Cyan to
Red Bars each have 19 steps (labeled with 1's at the left).
The large gray patch in the center should remain neutral
(labeled with a 2 at the left).
The white to black bar should be a smooth transition with no
steps visible (labeled with a 3 at the left).
We are no longer supporting film scanning. If you wish
to purchase products from an old negative, you will have to have it
scanned locally before uploading the file into our system.
If you have an old print, you may mail it to us and we can scan it
and place the file into your account.
