Orders normally take 3-5 business days to complete.
Orders of only Buttons and smaller prints take about 2 business days to complete.

Why no phone number?  We prefer all questions, quote requests and problems to be reported in writing for easier tracking. We have chosen to keep our prices lower by not offering voice support. If we can not answer your question through e-mail we'll be happy to call you.

When will I hear back? We respond to all questions usually within a couple hours and always within 1 business day (M-F). If you don't see a response from us, check your Junk Mail folder and submit a form again with your phone number indicating you did not receive a response and we will call you (M-F).
